January is the the month to swim the annual USMS One Hour Postal Swim.
This national event is being hosted by PNA's own Blue Wave Aquatics and it would be great to give them some healthy support!

I have been under the weather and I have not been able to go to practice. But I wanted to let you know that my company, Immersus Tours, will be featured this Wednesday October 27th on Groupon. Check Immersus out and tell your friends if interested on purchasing!
